Mardi Himal Trekking

Mardi Himal Trekking become one of the most popular trail in Annapurna region. Mardi Himal trek is less crowded trekking and simply categorized as virgin trekking route in Annapurna. Mardi himal trekking trails has been opened since 2002 for the trekkers . Mardi himal treeking you will have full experience of  beautiful Himalayan views of whole Annapurna Himalayan range , beautiful valley, mixed Nepalese culture follow through Annapurna trekking trails. You can see just in front of you beautiful  Himalayan views of Annapurna region including two above 8000 mtrs mountains (Mt. Dhaulagiri 8167 mtrs & Mt. Annapurna “I” 8091 mtrs) with 16 snowy capped mountains peaks of Nepal. 

After an hour drive, this routes begins from Phedi . We ascend through Hindu villages and pristine oak and rhododendron forest to alpine campsite that afford close up dramatic scenery of sacred Mt. Machapuchhere Mardi Himal and Annapurna. We guide led through the beautiful valley of Dhampus ,Pothana ,Deurarli ,Kokar , Low camp and finally reach at Mardi Himal high camp.

We have two options in this trek. One is just regular Mardi himal base camp trek & one is Mardi himal Climbing. We offer both on request of the clients.

If trekkers prefer to Mardi Himal climbing , next morning our climbing guide will take to you Mardi Himal summit or If only Mardi Himal trekking , trail continue descend siding village saidi Ghata Hyanga then drive back to Pokhara.  Autumn & spring are the best time for trekking in this Mardi Himal trail although we arrange around the year as per travelers wish and holiday schedule.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara by flight or by Tourist Bus, O/N at Pokhara.
Day 03: Drive to Phedi and trek to Deurali (2100 mtrs): 30 minutes drive, 4-5 hours trek.
Day 04: Deurali to Forest Camp (2,520 mtrs): 6-7 hours trek.
Day 05: Forest Camp to Low Camp (2970 mtrs): 5-6 hours trek.
Day 06: Low Camp to High Camp (3540 mtrs): 3-4 hours trek.
Day 07: High Camp to Upper Viewpoint (4250 mtrs), 2-3 hours trek.
Day 08: High Camp to Sidhing Village (1700 mtrs): 6-7 hours trek.
Day 09: Trek to Lumre then  drive to  back to Pokhara, transfer to hotel. O/N at Pokhara.
Day 10:  By plane/Tourist coach Pokhara to Kathmandu. Plane-25 min & Road-6 hours. O/N at Hotel.
Day 11:  KTM  exploring Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swimbhunath & Ktm Darbar Squre. O/N at Hotel.
Day 12: Our representative will drop in  TIA airport.
